In partnership with Riot, we brought two beloved characters to launch the new Valorant skins pack. They'll discover that what starts with a good cleanup can end with a dose of '80s and '90s nostalgia.

For the Valorant Radiant Entertainment System bundle, which revives treasures from the past, our team crafted an animatic to envision how Gekko would dive into the game. This acted as a blueprint for the final animation. For the color script, we used neon vibes from the start, with blues and oranges casting a nostalgic spell of the '90s and '00s.

Our creative journey involved experimenting with interpretations and detailed color analysis, all to bring gamer nostalgia to Gekko and Brimstone. Lighting setup and rendering were crucial to conveying mood and atmosphere, requiring team collaboration for the desired artistic vision.

This project was a particularly enjoyable one. Bringing together two beloved characters while capturing the nostalgia of '80s games was all about recreating the joy of gathering friends for gaming sessions.
